These terms apply to your use of AtmForSale.com.au (including AtmsForSale.com.au and our .au domains) and to the supply of ATM equipment and related services by us to you. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website prices include GST and are indicative. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued by us, which itemises the machine, the required 4G modem and freight to your address. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed deposit or payment.

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Title in the equipment passes to you on payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. Goods remain subject to our security interest under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) until paid in full.

Freight is quoted per job based on destination, access and machine type, and is confirmed in writing before you pay. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. You must inspect the equipment on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours so we can pursue the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a suitable location, a compliant power outlet, adequate mobile signal and — for through-the-wall units — a structurally suitable wall, any building approvals and any make-good works. Through-the-wall installation may require a licensed builder or trade in your state. Additional site works discovered on installation day are chargeable.

Every ATM requires a 4G modem with its own SIM for the cash-out connection. It is supplied and itemised on your quote. Ongoing data and connectivity charges apply as advised. We are not responsible for outages caused by mobile network coverage, power failures or your own premises equipment.

We provide access to a payments gateway at a great flagfall rate per cash-out, confirmed in writing on your quote, with no percentage of your surcharge taken on a machine you own. You set your own surcharge per cash-out and you keep the balance. Gateway access is subject to the processor's own onboarding, identity, compliance and settlement requirements, which may include questions about the nature of your business. Settlement times are set by the processor and the banking system.

Where you load the machine with your own business cash, you are solely responsible for the security, insurance, handling and reconciliation of that cash, and for complying with your obligations under any applicable cash-handling, workplace safety and AML/CTF requirements. Settlement of dispensed funds back to your business account occurs in accordance with the processor's settlement cycle, ordinarily the next business day.

New machines carry the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished machines are tested and carry the warranty period stated in your quote. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, power surge, water ingress, unauthorised modification or servicing by a third party, consumables, or faults caused by cash that is damaged, foreign or out of specification.

Equipment supplied to order is not returnable for change of mind. Cancellation after order acceptance may incur costs already committed, including freight and restocking. Your Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty goods are unaffected.

You are responsible for operating the ATM lawfully at your site, including signage, surcharge disclosure, accessibility, surveillance, and any licensing conditions applying to your venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to, at our option, replacing or repairing the equipment or resupplying the service, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, surcharge income, profit or goodwill.
