AtmForSale.com.au ("we", "us", "our") sells new and refurbished Nautilus Hyosung ATM machines to Australian venues, and arranges supply, delivery, installation, payments gateway access and the required 4G modem. We also operate AtmsForSale.com.au and the matching .au domains. This policy explains how we handle personal information. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to quote and supply an ATM. That may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your venue or business name, trading address, suburb and state
• Your ABN, where you choose to provide it (it is optional)
• Whether your business sells tobacco and related products (a compliance question asked by processors and underwriters)
• Machine model, quantity, delivery timeline, power and space readiness
• Estimated withdrawals per day and any ROI calculator figures you choose to send with your enquiry
• Notes you write to us, and technical data such as the page your enquiry came from

We do not collect government identifiers, banking credentials, or sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act through this website.

When you submit an enquiry, we send a verification email to the address you provided. Your enquiry is not released to our sales team until you click the verification link. This protects you from someone else submitting your details, and protects us from automated spam. We record the fact and time of that verification. Forms are also protected by Cloudflare's anti-bot check.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent, and every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe option.

To fulfil your enquiry we may disclose the details above to the equipment supplier, the freight carrier, the installer and the payments gateway provider — and only the details they need to do their part. We may disclose information where required or authorised by Australian law. We do not disclose your information to overseas recipients other than reputable cloud hosting and email delivery providers used to operate this website and our correspondence.

We use artificial intelligence to help prepare placement and payback guidance. The details you supply about your venue are used to generate that guidance. We do not submit your contact details for AI model training, and AI-generated guidance is reviewed before it forms part of any commercial commitment. Enquiry records are stored in an access-controlled database with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to the people who need it to quote and supply your machine. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and for any period required by law (generally up to seven years for transaction records), then destroy or de-identify them.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site and to keep any signed-in session working, plus anti-bot protection supplied by Cloudflare. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing buy@atmforsale.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your privacy, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
